damn dunny....well anyway he paid $40+ to settle his date.... but the customer service actually told him surcharge was 600 plus.. crap.... then still refuse to let my bro colleague talk to his/her supervisor.... then afterwhich customer service then say just pay 40+....

Customer service can be so crap... i remembered i called 4 times to singtel customer service for the same issue.... only the 4th time, they told me it was possible to cancel call divert over the phone.. the rest told me must change sim card....or they cant do anything... crap....


okie.. found my wallet.... =.= dropped it at my fellow dragon boater van ... how could i have missed it...must be when i was looking for my one dollar coin for the entrance.... w

ell.. gotta reactivate my debit card.... or make a new one...hengz........ phew...




I think this is interesting.... from SGH... now i know exactly how rice ends up in my nose when i cough.....

As a food channel, the pharynx plays an important part in the beginning of swallowing.
1) As a food bolus is pushed back by the tongue into the pharynx,

2) the nose chamber is sealed by the soft palate so that food does not enter the nose.

3) The pharynx then squeezes the bolus down by muscular contraction.

4)As the bolus passes the voice box, the vocal cords close to prevent choking.

5) At the precise moment when food reaches the opening of the oesophagus, the oesophagus opens and the food is passed down into the stomach.

All these actions take place in split seconds. Swallowing is finely controlled by the brain which receives its message from sensory nerves in the pharynx. The brain then directs the soft palate to seal off the nose, the pharynx to contract, the vocal cord to close and the oesophagus to open.

-Failure of the tongue to push the food bolus back means that swallowing cannot be initiated.
-Failure to seal the nose chamber allows food to go into the nose.
-Failure of the pharyngeal muscles to contract results in difficulty in swallowing.
-Failure of the upper oesophagus to open at all or to open at the wrong time causes difficulty in swallowing and choking.
-Failure of the lower esophagus to prevent stomach contents from reaching the pharynx causes reflux
-Failure of the vocal cords to close at the right time causes choking.

Had a dream... was jumping from building to building.....hated the feel when your jump is unsuccessful... the feeling of falling from tall places really unbearable...woke up suddenly with heart thumping hard and fast... =.=" this kind of dream gonna kill me one day (heart attack)

remembered last time i had the same dream for consecutive 3 times.... was about me entering a shop house.. but inside it was a slanted platform... below it is another city with roads... it was dark... for 2 times, i slipped, couldnt hold tight and fell.. the 3rd, i managed to pull myself out.. think that is when the dream stopped...

i lost my wallet once again...donno isit in chalet or dragon boat... i had the feel to check my bag when wanling ask me to pay her for the present... well... whether i check it or not.. think it will still be lost...there goes my only primary school pic .. i think...

3 times in 28 years. For both times i recovered my IC... money gone only. well.. i dont think this time i am that lucky...


seems like i really have a guardian angel according to wen cai...... told him the deva intercepted it liao he dont believe.... evrytime i wanna send some msn messages which is probable in causing shitty stuffs, it disconnects for watever reason.. haha.. out of the blue..

normally i heed the advice one..well looks like i shall listen to my angel and my intuition more frequently... well.. i am quite intuitive anyway.. hhaha.. not superstitious k..

Bhante warn us of 2012....Fortune teller said I will be having a bad 4 years from 28 -32.... Wat a coincidence... just dreamt of buildings collapsing and here comes the quakes.... so many environmental challenges... global warming.. changing the monsoon settings....causing so much changes and damage....we are all responsible... now its coming back to us....hmm... wondering if i am going to die with building collapsing on me......


Dreamt the place that i lived in fell.. not collapsed.. but fell to the side... it breaks into half...... kinda messy dream... it was windy with howling sounds of the wind and the building swayiing from left to right due to the wind.... last time dreamt of water flooding whole of singapore until 18th storey... with boats floating .. now is wind.... think my next dream probably will be fire burning all over the places... probably my worry for enironmental issues is getting stronger.. haha.... oh my .. wats gonna happen in 2011-2012.... flooding? quakes? ar... cant imagine...


think i seriously need to sleep early...can feel the heartbeat beating harder when i push myself during dragon boating...just like when i drink hard liquor...time spent on thread mill is shorter despite training... do not want to collapse during exercising... think sleeping early is the solution... late nites take a toll on the body.
