well... went to mjr for recruitment today..... our members in mjr did a good job in helping convincing peep after school... 3 cheers for them...

wasnt really warmed up for recruitment though.. nowadays quite tired... cant even hear house phone ring when ryan called me.. I was late!!!.. haha... phone batt died on me...heng someone hyper like wanling talk to me... then at least got some energy to start the engine... haha.. same as my van....

next time must brief before going for such sessions.. otherwise the guys will be so lost... as in dunno how to start a conversation or deal with rejections... the key to continue recruiting is don bother with what face they show u... never feel sian when feel rejected... have the goal in mind and what you need to achieve.... If see attitude face then feel demoralise, ... well... sad...
