Ok today is about nails...wah 5 type of nails...

besides character, it reflects one health

A long nail, meaning length is more than half the length of 1st segment. Mean like art stuffs,gentle, composed, have a lot of patience. Easy to contract chest or lung problems for those whose nail end and side sink deeply into the flesh,so beware.

Short nails, dont reach half the segment. Quick tempered, easily get angry, critical in critics. Heart valve and lower body organs have lesser immunity.

Broad nails, length and width is 3:4. high in stamina, brave, got endurance.Biologically, beware of heart valve problems.

Narrow nails, low stamina, easily jealous, can keep secrets.Biologically, have spinal and bones problems.

For a healthy nail, the surface must be smooth and shiny, no dents, nails are pink, all have half moon shaped white thingy as shown . It means body has energy and in good health condition.

If nails have small dents, mean some organs are not in good condition. If nails are dull coloured and no shine, means not in good health condition... well think thats me.. hahahahaha..

To see nails pinkish or not--> If nails are pale white, may mean lack of blood. If very red, means a lot of blood, easily get stroke(?) (in book it says chong1 xue3) If yellowish, green or black, mean a lot of sickness... For those near death normally will be dark green (from the bottom onwards)

The half moon white thingy should be only 1/5 of the nails. If too big means circulation of bllod too fast.. easily have high blood pressure prob. If half moon white thingy don appear, eans blood circulation slow, heart is weaker. May also be always nervous. If half white thingy becomes red, means got heart problem. If becomes dark blue, means lung got problems.

Dont anyhow deduce if the nails are wierd. pls consult doctor for body cheeckup or wad for safety reasons.

There is the cessation of suffering, of dukkha. The cessation of dukkha should be realised. The cessation of dukkha has been realised.

There is the Eightfold Path- the way out of suffering. This path should be developed. The final insight into arahantship is:‘This path has been fully developed.’
